The attached is an invitation and press release to the June 10 opening of my temporary public art project HALOS for New York City, commissioned by the Battery Park City Authority.
The opening event takes place at the intersection of Murray Street and River Terrace at Battery Park City next week on Wednesday, June 10 from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Immediately following, across the street in Rockefeller Park, is a musical event (jazz clarinetist Don Byron, et al., play music by Meredith Monk) + poetry reading sponsored by RIVER TO RIVER Festival and Poet's House.
